Studio Policy
* Upon signing up for lessons, the student/parent will be asked to read the studio Policies & Procedures and sign/date the document. By signing, you agree to respect and abide by the studio’s current policies as long as the student is taking lessons with the instructor.
* 등록을 확인하는 절차로서, 위의 스튜디오 운영 방침을 읽어보신 후 학생의 이름과 생년월일을 서명 해주시면 등록이 완료됩니다. 사인을 함으로써 스튜디오 운영 방침에 동의하시게 됩니다.
***COVID-19 Safety Procedures***

Masks are Strongly Recommended, as physical distance between Student and Teacher cannot be guaranteed

Students must Wash or Sanitize their hands prior to lesson

Between each lesson, the instrument and all the materials will be sanitized by the teacher

In-person lessons will not be available if the student or their family member is experiencing any flu or cold symptoms

In-Person lessons may be switched to Online lessons at any time
1. Lesson Fee
Lesson fee is due on the first lesson of every month. If you would like to pay by cheques, please prepare the cheques payble to Dongeun Lee or blank.
레슨비는 매 달 첫 레슨날에 납부해주시기 바랍니다. 레슨비를 체크로 지불하실 경우 체크의 pay to는 Dongeun Lee로 써주시거나 공백으로 남겨주시길 바랍니다.
2. Punctuality
Students are expected to be on time for their lessons. No extension of lesson time will be granted to those who are late. However, lateness of the instructor will be covered by extension of the lesson or a make-up lesson.
지각은 허용되지 않으며, 학생의 지각으로 늦어지게 된 레슨 시간은 보충되지 않음을 알려드립니다. 허나, 선생님이 늦는 경우 레슨시간을 보충해드립니다.
3. Student Absent
Please provide notice if you are unable to attend your lesson at least 48 hours before the scheduled lesson to be eligible for a make-up lesson. No refund or credit is applicable in any case. When a student cancels a lesson without such notice, the instructor is not obliged to offer a make-up lesson. The lesson time may be made-up by adding time to existing lessons over a period of a few weeks or scheduling a complete lesson on another teaching day that is convenient for the teacher and the student.
학생이 개인사정으로 결석을 해야할 경우, 적어도 48시간 전에 알려주서야만 보충수업이 가능합니다. 환불이나 크레딧은 불가능하며 48시간의 사전연락 없이 레슨이 취소될 경우 보충수업은 해드리지 않습니다. 보충수업은 정해진 레슨 시간을 나눠 몇주에 걸쳐 진행되거나, 선생님과 학생의 편의에 맞춰 따로 시간을 정해 제공됩니다.
4. Instructor Absences
When instructor is absent, She too will provide notice at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled lesson, and every effort will be made to provide a make-up lesson that is suitable for both the student and the instructor.
레슨 취소의 이유가 선생님에게 있을 시 또한 적어도 48시간 전에 사전연락을 드리며, 최대한 빨리 보충수업이 제공되도록 할 것 입니다.
5. Withdrawal from Studio
In case of withdrawal, a written notice via letter or email must be provided at least one month prior to the last lesson.
레슨을 그만두어야 할 사정이 생겼을 때는 최소 한달 전에 편지 또는 이메일로 알려주시기 바랍니다.
